We just bought a GMC Terrain from Dan and the experience was great. He explained everything to us about our trade-in. They had to find the car we wanted and bring it in. They were able to do it over night and it was better than expected. We have had many compliments about the car. Everything went well and the process was easy since all involved explained all areas of this transaction and it was easy to understand. If the process can be shortened it would be perfect. A lot of paper work, I think it should be a lot less.

Leon was very responsive and honest and helpful to me in buying a Buick. He was especially patient in showing an 86 year old how to operate a 2014 car. I'm going to try it out on a 1000 mile drive soon. I can't promise I won't call him for more help; but I feel sure he will be patient.
