First time buyer. 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. I have been waiting for years to purchase my first vehicle as I am 22 years old and drive a motorcycle daily. I was very worried about how the process would be hearing all the stories about how most dealerships operate. I looked around for a long time because I was not in any rush to purchase a vehicle but i have wanted to for a long time. After speaking with 5 different dealers I realized that Buick GMC of delray beach was the right one to work with and I was actually referred by a friend that has purchased multiple vehicles in the past few months from here. Alex the product sales specialist of the Pre-owned department was great from the start and even after buying the vehicle he still makes sure all my needs and wants are met. This guy didn't sell me a car. He helped me buy a car I wanted. Alex is great and I would refer any of my friends or family looking to buy a car, to work with him. Michael the finance manager was very upfront and honest about the truck. He didn't go back and forth with me like your typical used car dealership would as I have seen before I bought this truck.
